Early Care Education Program
The Early Care Education Program is a state-funded initiative that offers a high-quality preschool program for children from low-income households.
Rainbow Xpress Learning Academy is a quality childcare center that has partnered with the Early Care Education Program to provide free full-day childcare services to the communities most vulnerable and underserved children.
Eligibility
Early Care Education Program is free services to age and income eligible children and their families. Eligibility is determined based on the one or more of the criteria below:
– Families who meet the established income guidelines.
– TANF and/or SSI benefits
– Foster Care and/or Kinship
– Homeless Children with disabilities and/or special needs
