Our Director
Nekia Yarbrough
Hi, I’m Nekia Yarbrough and I am the director of Rainbow Xpress! I am an amazing wife and a spectacular mother of two. I love reading, writing, knitting, and living my best dance-mom life!
I have my Associate’s Degree from Wilmington University in Early Childhood Education and am currently working on my Bachelor’s. I have been in the early childcare field for over ten years. This will be my 3rd year as director of this school and it has been such a joy embarking on new journeys and creating fun memories with our students! My goal was never to be a director, but now I love it as much and couldn’t imagine it any other way.
My main goal here is to create a loving and safe environment in which our staff and students can thrive!

Ms. Barb
Hello All! I am Ms. Barb the Chef here. I have worked in kitchens in early childhood facilities for over 20 years. Before getting certified to be in the kitchen, I was an early childhood teacher for over 20 years. I love working with children, teaching them about healthy nutrition and helping them gain a love for cooking.
Miss Tamika
My name is Tamika Congress. I have been married to my best friend for 4 years and I have 3 kids and 1 grandson. I have been a teacher for 6 years. I am excited to care for your precious little babies and am excited for what the new school year brings.
Fun Fact
I travel a lot on the weekends to visit my kids in NY. When I am not spending time with them, I love to read, garden and cook.
Mrs. Carrie Mistler
Hi, students! I am Miss Carrie! I'm excited to have you in class. We have a lot of memories to make and new things to learn!
Background
I’m a new teacher at Rainbow Express Learning Academy, however, I have taught in church nursery for the past 20+ years as well as raised my 3 children with my loving husband.
Bonita McNatt
I am looking forward to being your child's teacher for the coming school year. Some of you may already know me while others may not. I am hoping to build a bond with you all so we can have open communication to discuss your child's education.
Background
I completed my teaching degree at Del tech and I am continuing my education with additional college courses as I believe we should never stop learning. I have three wonderful daughters.

I love to read, write, and dance. I enjoy learning about history, art and genealogy.
Miss Ashley
I grew up in Bellflower, CA. I'm a loving mom to two handsome young men.
Background
I've been teaching at Rainbow Xpress coming up on a year now in October. Before that, I was an assistant at a local barber shop in town. I graduated from Smyrna High and Dapi in 2011. I then went on to get my teaching credentials in 2022.
Fun Fact
I love to craft, explore new foods, listen to music and spend time with my boys. My favorite things are chamoy mexican candy, watermelon/canalope, cooked sushi, mango peach sugar-free lemonade.
Mrs. April Hebert
Hi, I'm Mrs. April, I'm super excited to be working with your child this year. I've been doing child care for over 25 years. I also have 5 children of my own. I've been with Rainbow Xpress for a year now. I enjoy working with the staff here.
Fun Fact
My hobbies include going to church and hanging out with my beautiful family. My favorite things are my bus ministry, helping others, putting a smile on these kids' faces, starbucks, i love anything color purple.

We truly value continuity of care and know how important consistency is in a young child’s life – which is why we our team is only made of of all permanent part-time and full-time educators. We employee regular permanent float educators which enables us to refrain from using “casual” or “agency” educators. This means that your child will always know and be familiar with every educator in the service!
